want to know legal advice for purchase property

I'm planning to purchase a freehold flat which is currently owned by three brother's who are legal heirs of property left to them by their father who died Intestate (and their mother is also no more) and property is still in father's name. I have verified and seen papers which states that father was original owner/first allottee of flat. Please let me know what all i need to take care from legal point of view to purchase that property. Thanks

First the three brothers will have to enter their names to the property then they can sell it to you. To enter their names they will have to file an application along with the legal heir/succession/survivors certificate. After entering their names to the property two brothers can execute the PA in favour one of the brothers and can sell it.
